Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 can chicken or two cooked breasts shredded
2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 oz. hot sauce
1 cup Ranch dressing or 1/2 pkg. dry Ranch powder
1/2 to 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
3/4 cup chopped celery (optional)

Mix all ingredient together, reserving some cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake 15 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with celery, crackers, or tortilla chips.
