INGREDIENTS
2 ½ pounds
ground beef 80/20
1 Tbs.
Montreal Steak Seasoning (cover the meat well after flattening
it well)
1 med. Onion
grated extremely well
1 Tbs.
Seasoning Salt
2 Cups
shredded cheese
About 24
Hawaiian Rolls (any slider bun will work)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat
oven 375 degrees.
2. Flatten
ground beef in a 9 X 13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed.
3. Cover meat
well with Montreal Steak Seasoning, grated onion and Seasoning
salt.
4. Bake 20 to
25 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
5. Remove the
meat from the oven and drain the grease.
6. Add 2 cups
of grated Cheese on the ground beef.
7. Return to
the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is
melted.
8. Remove
from the oven.
9. Cut into
squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
10. Add some
mustard to the bun and top it with the burger.
11. Top the
burger with a couple of pickles.
