Fudge Brownies
1(12oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup butter
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1(14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a 9X13 inch
baking pan, in a large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate
morsels with butter; remove from heat. Add Bisquick, sweetened
condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well and pour into prepared
pan. Bake in preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes or until tester
inserted in center of brownies comes out clean. Cool on wire
rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into bars about
2X1 inch.
