Pecan Cream Cheese Squares
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs, divided
1 stick margarine, softened
2 cups chopped pecans
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 2/3 cups powdered sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and margarine. Stir in
pecans; mix well. Press into a greased 9 X 13-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and remaining eggs
until smooth. Pour over the pecan mixture. Bake at 350 degrees
for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cut into squares.
