Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes or yams (about 6 potatoes)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 up butter
1 cup chopped nuts coarsely chopped
Mix upper ingredients together with mixer and put in baking dish, the mix topping and put on topping of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Answer to Trivia Question:
Invented in 1825, limelight was used in lighthouses and theatres by burning a cylinder of lime which produced a brilliant light. In the theatre, a performer “in the limelight” was the center of attention.
