Lemon Cake Recipe

1 box of Lemon Cake
1 box of Lemon Jello
¾ Cup of Vegetable Oil
¾ Cup of Water
Mix all to blend, then beat on high for 10 minutes.
Pour in greased, floured 9x12 pan. If putting on cake plate. If
serving from pan you can omit this step.
Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Prick cake top all over.
1 1/2 Cups of Confectioners’ sugar
1/3 Cup of lemon juice
Put in saucepan and bring just to a boil, stirring often. Pour hot
glaze slowly over top of the cake.
Garnish with lemon peel – optional
